Garages, Terminals, and Airlines
If you choose to park in the garage complex, watch for the color-coded signs that show the airline terminal locations. For maximum parking convenience, follow the color-coded signs inside the garage complex to park near your terminal location. You can also view a map with the airlines, terminals, and garages.

There are many parking options in and around the Airport, including terminal garage parking with hourly, daily and valet/premier parking options, and long term parking at our Airport Economy Parking.

Terminal Parking
For self-parking at the Airport, use the convenient multi-level Garage Complex. It has more than 12,000 spaces for hourly and daily parking. These areas are well lit and have regular security patrols.

If you choose to park in the Garage Complex, as you approach the Airport watch for color-coded signs that show airline terminal locations. For maximum convenience, follow the color-coded signs inside the Garage Complex to park near your terminal location.

Payment Options

Cashier Booth
When you need personal attention to complete your parking transaction, it's worth using a cashier at a toll plaza. If you lost your parking ticket, writing a check to pay, or your vehicle qualifies for courtesy disabled parking, the cashier lane is for you. The toll plaza cashier accepts cash, checks, and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diner's Club).

Quick Pay Lane
If you are paying with a credit card, paid at a Pay-On-Foot terminal, or at the Valet central cashier, the self-service "Quick Pay" lane is for you. The exit process is the same as using the cashier lane.

You insert the parking ticket and the parking amount will display on the screen. Then you insert a credit card. When your credit card has been processed, your card is returned and the terminal will provide a receipt. These lanes only accept credit cards, not cash.

Pay-On-Foot
Another method of payment is the Pay-On-Foot (POF) terminal. You can pay for your parking with cash or credit cards at these terminals. Then take your validated ticket to a Quick Pay lane to exit parking. There is a 20-minute grace period to exit the toll plaza without additional charges. The POF terminals are located in the Cypress Garage elevator lobbies and Level-2 of the Hibiscus Garage by the Yellow Core.

Airport Economy Parking
Long term self-parking is available at Airport Economy Parking. Free shuttles to the terminals operate from this lot every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. Watch for Shuttle stop signs at shelters. Terminal drop-off and pick-up stops are at each terminal building, lower level crosswalk (Baggage Claim). Upon your return, Airport Economy Parking customers can catch the Airport Economy Parking shuttles back to their car at this location.

Valet/Premier Parking
Valet/Premier Parking offers the ultimate convenience to travelers who want to simply drop off their car. Valet parking is Terminal parking, and a whole lot more. For example, you'll also enjoy express vehicle return with no waiting and express exit from the Garage Complex. Plus, a number of car care services are available, including a full-service car wash, wax, and full detail.

Courtesy Inter-Garage Trams
A courtesy garage tram operates on the lower level in the Palm and Hibiscus parking garages only. The tram stops at designated pick-up and drop-off locations which service all terminals. The service is available every eight minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

High Clearance Vehicles
For high clearance vehicles, the Hibiscus Garage has a clearance of 8' 2." The clearance for the Palm and Cypress Garages are 7' 2." If your vehicle requires higher clearance, Airport Economy Parking offers unrestricted height clearance.

Car Care Services
The following Car Care Services are available at selected parking facilities. Call our airport parking vendor, USA Parking at 954-359-0200 for more details.

Note: Garage parking and surface lots fill up quickly during holidays and peak travel periods; they are available on a first come first served basis.

FLL provides a 15-minute self-parking grace period. Exit any self-park lot within 15 minutes of entering it and there is no charge for parking. After 15 minutes, normal garage rates apply from time of entry.
Vehicles left over 60 days are subject to removal at owner's expense.

Travelers With Disabilities
FLL also offers transportation, parking, and terminal services that address the special needs of travelers with disabilities.

Complimentary Services
Complimentary services are available in all the parking facilities and include:

2. Tire inflation
3. Assist in locating vehicles
4. Directory assistance

To request a complimentary service, use the call boxes that are randomly positioned next to the elevators and stairs. In the Airport Economy Parking, the call boxes are located at the Shuttle stop stations.
