
David Lee Brown is a professional sculptor living and working in East Hampton, New York. His education includes Cranbrook Academy of Art, NC State College of Design, and a Jose de Rivera apprenticeship. Currently, he is tenured professor at Pratt Institute. A sculptor with many monumental sculptures around the world, Mr. Brown has been a consultant with Walt Disney Imagineering for over a decade.
Brown works in direct metal utilizing modern techniques to investigate ideas unique to the 3-dimentional experience. His work is in numerous public places and private collections throughout the United States and abroad. Brown is also a world-class rower and ice-boater.
