2016 Summer Intern Program

If your child or someone you know is entering the 11th grade and higher in the 2016-2017 school year, give them an opportunity to learn about aviation.   

Sessions

Two sessions are available. Each session is four weeks long. Interns may apply to participate in one or both of the sessions.
 
Session A - June 13th - July 8th   
Session B - July 18h - August 12th  

Deadline 

Broward County Aviation Department is accepting applications from students until Monday, April 11, 2016. 

Benefits

Due to this intern program, students have:

  • Formed long-term friendships.
  • Developed networking opportunities.
  • Either confirmed or changed their majors.
  • Some formers interns have become County employees.
