How do I get to the terminals from the parking garage?
Located at the lower level of the parking garage, there is a courtesy garage tram that transports passengers to each terminal.
Watch for tram stops on the lower level of the Garage Complex. The trams run every eight minutes and will transport you quickly and effortlessly to your terminal.
Who do I contact regarding items lost in the parking garage or parking shuttles?
For all items lost in the airport, including the security checkpoints and shuttle buses, please contact the Lost and Found Office at 954-359-2247. You can also complete a Lost and Found Form.
Lost and Found Office Hours
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - noon and 1 - 4 p.m.
The office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Broward County holidays.
If I have a DAV license plate, do I pay for parking?
Veterans that display "DAV" license plates do not pay parking fees at the Airport for up to seven days. When exiting the garage, use a cashier lane. Before the cashier rings up your transaction, advise them that you are a disabled veteran and have a DAV license plate on your vehicle.
