Your Support Saves Lives

Broward County Animal Care and Adoption welcomes and encourages donations. Your generosity will help support our numerous programs and services such as adoptions, behavioral training, enhancements to medical equipment in our clinics and improvement and expansion to our shelters. More importantly, your support will help us to save the lives of many homeless dogs and cats in our care, which is the primary goal of our agency.

Help save Animals - Donate NowMore than 19,000 dogs and cats pass through our Adoption Center each year. Because we are an open-admissions shelter, we must accept all animals that come through our doors. Many of these animals need basic medical treatment or need to be sent to a veterinarian for more extensive treatment. In addition, we must house stray dogs and cats for a minimum of three days and a maximum of five days as required by law before they can be made available for adoption. See video of our adoption Center!

Look at what a simple contribution can do!

  • $10 can provide a rabies vaccination for more than 120 dogs and cats.
  • $25 can help purchase food for homeless cats.
  • $50 can provide a medical exam for both a puppy and kitten.
  • $100 will help us spay/neuter a homeless dog or cat.
