Administrative Coordinator I
Rowena Nocom joined the Cultural Division in September 2004. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support and coordination to the Division and acting as the liaison between the Division and the various County agencies and other external organizations.
Rowena had worked in the Hospitality, Wholesale, Import/Export and Retail industries, bringing solid years of experience in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Operation, Purchasing, Administrative and Customer Service.
She graduated from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, with a BSC degree in Marketing Management. She received her MBA in Computers in Business and MBA in International Business, and had completed her coursework for the Business Administration Doctoral Program at Pacific States University in Los Angeles, California.
