Broward County Cultural Council/ Broward Cultural Division Grant Proposal Review Instructions
Welcome to the on-line grants panel review process. We thank you, in advance, for your service as a panel member for this program. Grant panelists are responsible for reviewing the assigned eligible applications for funding through the grant program, scoring the applications consistent with review criteria, and making funding recommendations to the Broward Cultural Council. Grant review panels are at the heart of the Cultural Division’s grant decision-making process, and your expertise and knowledge are vital. You have been invited to participate in a review of grant application submissions to the Broward Cultural Division.
A “public-facing” web-link has been created for invited grant panelists, where one will enter a personal e-mail address and a password. An automatic system-generated e-mail is sent once the grant packets are assigned to a panelist with the URL address and password information.

Once the web-link is launched, the log-on screen appear. At the Reviewer Connect Window use your personal e-mail address and the random password sent in the "Password Notification" e-mail, to log into to the Reviewer Connect window. If you have forgotten your Password, click on the line: "Forget your password? Need help logging in?" Enter your e-mail and a password reminder note will be sent to you.
To Review choose "Will Review" then "Yes. I agree," to confirm. The proposal will then become an "In-Progress" Grant Proposal that is under your review.
If you have a conflict, and need to decline to review the proposal choose "Will Not Review"
Any grant requests that you have agreed to review will display in the "In Progress" Grant Proposals that are in review” list section. To read a proposal, click on the tab: "View Grant Request."
To submit a review, click on the "Edit/Submit a Review" link for the proposal. You can add comments in the "Response Summary" and add your scores in the boxes with a specific point value.
You can save your review information and come back at any time to complete it by clicking UPDATE.
When you have concluded your review and updated the information to your satisfaction, click 'Submit'. It will become a "Submitted Review."
