Biography 

Received a BA in drawing and painting at Edinburgh College of Art, Edinburgh Scotland 1974.
1974-76 received a British Commonwealth Scholarship to study with Magdalena Abakanowicz at the Poznan School of Fine Art, Poznan, Poland, where she received an MA degree equivalent. 1976-79 won Scottish Arts Council travel awards examining Neolithic and megalithic sites. 1977-79 became Artist in Residence at Digswell Arts Trust, England, set up by Henry Moore. 1983 awarded a travel grant from Eastern Arts to the U. S. where she was invited to take up a residency at the Djerassi Foundation, Woodside Ca. From 1985 to date she has been living and working in NYC.
