Volkan Alkanoglu: 'Cloudscape'
Artist: Volkan Alkanoglu

Situated in a sky blue space with a series of white,
cloudlike sculptural pavilions, Massachusetts based artist Volkan Alkanoglu's interactive CLOUDSCAPE is an artwork that provides a safe and unique environment for activity and exploration. Assembled like a large three-dimensional puzzle with billowy and dynamic shapes, CLOUDSCAPE's interconnected abstract forms appear to change and move as clouds do in the sky.
Volkan Alkanoglu is the founding principal of Volkan Alkanoglu Design, LLC and has an extensive international background. He was born in Turkey, raised in Germany, and studied architecture at the Hochschule der Künste in Berlin, Peter Behrens School of Architecture in Düsseldorf and received his Masters of Architectural Design degree at the Bartlett School of Architecture,University College, London, UK.
