Purpose:
To promote a cultural destination where visitors can enjoy the diverse offerings of theater, art, music, history and special events along the banks of Fort Lauderdale’s scenic New River.  With the beautiful downtown skyline as the backdrop, the Riverwalk A&E District highlights the world-class performances and exhibits at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, Museum of Art ا Fort Lauderdale, Florida Grand Opera, Stranahan House Museum and Fort Lauderdale History Center


Projects:
Explore the District’s scenic Fort Lauderdale Riverwalk lined with unique shops and award-winning restaurants.  This pedestrian-friendly destination lures visitors time and again with its charm and one-of-a-kind cultural landscape.  Come for an hour but spend the day, there is much to see and do at the Riverwalk A&E District.
