Purpose:
Celebrating the importance of reading to and for children. This weekend festival fills the streets and five stages in and around the Main Library with free music, theater, storytelling, dance, poetry, crafts and more.  A one-day conference on children's literature precedes the festival on the Friday before, to provide a learning experience for those who select and provide books for children.


Projects:
The festival takes place in April at the Main Library Building and surrounding streets from Broward Boulevard to SW 2nd St.
