Cultural Tourism Program (CTP)

To use the arts as a means of promoting tourism in Broward County. Municipalities, agencies or political subdivisions of state government and sovereign Native American Nations located in Broward County, or not-for-profit organizations that meet general eligibility requirements for funding from the Broward County Board of County Commissioners, or a consortium of organizations or entities with each individual member of which meets the eligibility requirements, may apply for funding. Mentors for Artists With Autism, Inc.

Our artists are still developing as young entrepreneurs and learning how to make their talent a lucrative business. We are seeking artists, professionals, students and any persons who have a desire to help people with disabilities and autism to be a mentor, side by side with the artists while they are working at the new indoor Coconuts Flea Market.

Auditions – Master Chorale of South Florida

The Master Chorale of South Florida is a highly select, auditioned ensemble comprised of local singers. On the Edge - A Juried Art Exhibit Showcasing Broward Teens

Artists must live in Broward County and be enrolled in high school for the 2014-2015 academic year. Art will be accepted in these categories: graphic design, digital media, acrylic, oil, watercolor, pencil, photography, sculpture, and mixed media. Each entry must be an original work completed within the last two years. A maximum of two works per artist will be accepted. Art intake will be held on Dec. 17 & 18. Fast Track Project

The Fast Track Project Grant Program is designed to provide expedited access to funds supporting small organizations through arts and cultural projects. This program is not intended to fund the general programming activities of your organization.  Instead, this program supports projects including, but not limited to, artist residencies, performances, or exhibitions. A program of the New England Foundation for the Arts, National Dance Project Touring Awards support national tours of new dance works, with up to $35,000 in funding for each artist and company. Surdna Foundation Accepting Proposals for Artist-Led Social Change Projects

Grants of up to $150,000 over two years will be awarded in support of compelling artists projects developed in response to specific challenges in their communities, as well as projects by artists whose work over the long term has increased social engagement without necessarily being explicitly defined as "activist."
