Selected artists will be part of a pool that will then be invited to submit proposals for projects over the next 5 years. Budget ranges from $25,000 - $40,000 each year. No restrictions have been established on the type of medium that is used by artists, though any commissioned artwork must appropriate for permanent or semi-permanent outdoor installations, safe and easily maintained.
