This course focuses on the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to effectively document performance. It emphasizes how accurate documentation is critical whether it supports positive behaviors and actions or is needed for potential disciplinary actions.  Writing strategies are introduced to connect informal written notes with possible formal documentation.  Job aids will be provided to support the transfer of learning.
