Funds for Eligible Residents:  City of Lauderhill has been awarded State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program funds from the State of Florida in the amount of $328,263 for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 to provide affordable housing assistance to low, very low, and moderate households in the City of Lauderhill.

New Homes for Sale  The Housing Finance Authority of Broward County (HFA) in partnership with Broward County Housing Finance and Community Development (HFCDD) is financing the construction of 18 new homes in the Broward Municipal Services District neighborhood of Franklin Park Estates.
