Purchase Assistance Workshop:  City of Fort Lauderdale is holding a workshop for HUD-Certified non-profit agencies to learn how to administer the purchase assistance program for first-time homebuyers. Workshop is on March 3rd, 10AM-Noon at the Department of Sustainable Development, Greg Brewton Center (Code Conference Room), 700 NW 19th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale. New Homes for Sale  The Housing Finance Authority of Broward County (HFA) in partnership with Broward County Housing Finance and Community Development (HFCDD) is financing the construction of 18 new homes in the Broward Municipal Services District neighborhood of Franklin Park Estates.
