Viewing/Updating Your Emergency Contacts screen

 

 

Viewing Your Existing Emergency Contact(s)

If the information on the screen is correct, click Save and Continue to proceed to the next screen. 

Updating Your Existing Emergency Contact(s)

Step 1 - Click on the Edit icon next to the desired contact.

Step 2 - Click on the appropriate field to make the necessary changes, and then click the Save icon.

Step 3 - Click Save and Continue to proceed to the next screen.

Adding New Emergency Contact(s)

Step 1 - Click New Contact, populate the appropriate fields, and then click the Save icon.

Step 2 - Click Save and Continue to proceed to the next screen.

Deleting Your Emergency Contact(s)

Step 1 - Click on the Delete icon next to the desired contact and then click OK to confirm.

Step 2 - Click Save and Continue to proceed to the next screen.
