National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) gathers state Housing
Finance Agencies (HFAs) and NCSHA affiliate members. It is the main
networking event of the year for HFAs and the partners who work with
them to increase housing opportunities through the financing,

Fort Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority’s inaugural symposium of six invited American downtown organizations (Miami, Charlotte, Kansas City, Nashville, Austin and Fort Lauderdale) will address the question of what elements make up a world class downtown and how downtown development organizations achieved this status with their unique experiences, challenges and opportunities. Their best practices and lessons learned will help to guide and strengthen other downtown organizations through this collaborative effort.

2016 Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference
The Center for Community Progress is hosting the Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference, a national conference dedicated to strengthening communities. This conference will offer a breadth of knowledge and networking opportunities, with over 60 different sessions on a variety of topics including: blight elimination, property tax systems, and code enforcement. This year’s conference theme focuses on service of people and place.
