Partnership Produces Massive Improvements for Residents and Environment

​Enterprise was awarded $5.5 million from the Bank of America's Energy Efficiency Finance Program and in-turn was able to secure a loan from National Housing Trust (NHT) to rehabilitate 340 low income homes in Washington D.C. Five residential communities were suffering from an array of unhealthy living conditions and now not only have the homes received the necessary rehabilitation but they are in the process of being fitted with solar panels which will both reducing residents’ utility costs by 50-60 percent and 255,000 pounds yearly of carbon dioxide emissions.  More…
