Foreclosure-Response.org was created by Urban Institute, National Housing Conference and Local Initiatives Support Corporation.  The website has collected U.S. foreclosure and delinquency data since 2009 and a new report has been published on the findings.  “Seriously delinquent mortgage rates have either remained the same or increased in 25 percent of all metropolitan areas, with especially high delinquency rates in Florida, New York and New Jersey. As of September 2013, national delinquency rates have declined to 7.6 percent but remain well above pre-crisis levels.”  More…
