Calling all crafters and wanna be crafters to the Main Library Craftapalooza on Saturday, December 2nd, from 1-4PM, free — Make It and Take It Crafts for Children and Adults. Choose from a variety of projects including flower arranging, sock animals, snow globes, sparkle slime, and candle decorating. Make your own stone emojis and yarn hat ornaments.

Get Your Pet Vaccinated
Is your pet current with their rabies vaccination? Animal Care and Adoption Center’s Rabies Clinic is coming to Canine Corner Dog Park, 1101 N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach on December 9th from 9AM-2PM. You must be a Broward County resident to attend. Wags and Tales is a Hit with Kids
Did you know that Broward County Libraries and the Humane Society of Broward County offer children ages 5-12 the opportunity to read to a pet therapy dog? Wags & Tales is designed to improve reading skills and give children a unique way to practice reading. Each child can read a story one-on-one to a friendly and gentle dog from the Humane Society’s Pet Facilitated Therapy program. Wags & Tales will be offered at eight library locations in December.
