Automatic Call Distribution

Scope of Project: The scope of this project entails the implementation of a single Broward County Call Taker Role and queue which will enable calls to be answered from any of the three regional consolidated Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) on a first in, first answered basis. This network enhancement will ultimately improve our speed to answer the call with the ability to present the call to the first available call taker at either of the three PSAPs.

Status Update: Project team is currently finalizing test planning activities and preparing for pre-cutover tests during the week of September 12, 2016.
