Operational Review Teams

Operational Review Teams were created to establish quality improvement oversight and review of the Regional 911 communications center operational processes. Initially, there were six teams: a Fire Rescue Operational Team and a Police Department Operational Team for each of three regions in Broward County (North, Central and South). In July 2015, the six teams were consolidated into one Regional Fire Rescue team and one Regional Police Department team.

The two Operational Review Teams are responsible for vetting all operational issues that could impact the Regional 911 system, and for issue resolution, analysis and reporting.
