The purpose of the Operational Review Team (ORT) is to establish quality improvement oversight and review of the Regional Communications Centers’ operational processes. The group meets monthly, and is made up of representatives from participating municipalities that are appointed by their respective police or fire chief. The ORT is responsible for issue resolution, analysis and reporting, as well as for vetting all operational issues that could affect the system before their implementation.
