County Releases Consultant's Report on Regional 911

Broward County has released Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the consultant's report on Regional 911. The Phase 1 report highlights opportunities for system improvement, but also notes that "contrary to often cited perceptions, the system is performing - quantitatively - better than conveyed by stakeholders." The Phase 2 report includes Observational Findings and 21 recommendations in four areas: Technology, Governance and Oversight, Performance Measures, and Effectiveness and Efficiency.
