Post Open Enrollment Updates
Open Enrollment has ended. No additional online changes will be accepted; however, you can still log onto Open Enrollment to view and/or print your confirmation statement as often as you need through the end of this year.
It is important that you review your January 10, 2014, payroll deductions. If there are any discrepancies between your Open Enrollment confirmation statement and your pay stub, please contact Employee Benefit Services immediately. Please keep in mind that this is not an opportunity to make changes to your plan selections, but to resolve any system errors that may have occurred.
Important deadlines include:
- December 23 – Employees must provide proof of medical coverage elsewhere in order to receive the County’s bi-weekly credit of $119.23.
- January 10 – Review your first paycheck deductions
- January 15 – Employees must provide student schedules of Over Age Dependents along with the 2014 affidavit
The required documents can be returned to Employee Benefit Services via interoffice mail, email at firstname.lastname@example.org, fax at 954-728-2777, or in person.
