Q. How do I apply for FMLA leave?
A. You can apply for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave online or by submitting a paper form, if you do not have access to a computer. FMLA request status can also be accessed online. easyPay will assist agencies with ensuring that the correct procedure is followed and the appropriate paperwork is completed when an FMLA request is received.

Q. How will sick leave monitoring be tracked?  
A. easyPay automates the sick leave monitoring process. The system will monitor sick leave activity and automatically notify supervisors when an employee has a sick leave occurrence or is on sick leave monitoring. Payroll Liaisons will have the ability to view a consolidated attendance schedule screen.
