The Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) promotes its services and programs to residents and the entire business community through its Community Relations and Outreach (CRO) section. This section disseminates information and coordinates educational programs and special events with a special focus on supporting small and disadvantaged businesses.

The CRO section is available to provide support to vendors for outreach efforts to potential small business concessionaires, consultants, contractors, service providers, suppliers and/or vendors. Support services are intended for current, upcoming or future opportunities that encourage small business participation with or without small business goals (CBE, SBE, DBE, ACDBE, Race-neutral, Federal SBE, etc.).
