The Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) educates business owners to tap into the world’s purchasing power, 95% of which is outside of the United States. With Broward’s strategic geographic location, one of OESBD's primary objectives is to help businesses explore opportunities in foreign markets. We work with local, national and international public and private sector partners to prepare firms to do business with the world.
