Family Success Center may have access Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) during part of the year. The centers will evaluate eligibility for rent/mortgage assistance and hotel/motel placement without application of any specific documentation requirements.
Applicants will be required to prove identity and Broward County residence and demonstrate a need for assistance, but the only technical eligibility rule for EFSP is that the service may not be provided (by any EFSP agency in Broward County) more than once in a 12-month period.
