The Financial Capability Program (FCP) is in all of the Family Success Centers throughout Broward County. There is one Financial Coach at each Family Success Center. The Financial Coaches work one-on-one monthly with residents to help develop individualized financial goals, foster good financial management practices, and assist with help to achieve the following:

Develop a sustainable budget.
Design a financial plan to build assets.
Understand secure banking options.

Build financial confidence.
Establish or improve credit.
Establish a savings.

The Financial Capability Program offers monthly workshops to educate residents on a variety of financial topics. The workshops are facilitated on the Zoom teleconferencing platform by the financial coaches and offered during the day and evening.
