WaterSense® Toilet Rebate Program
Broward County Water and Wastewater Services customers are eligible for a $125 account credit for replacing an old toilet with a new highly efficient, low-flow WaterSense
® toilet.
Conservation Pay$ Rebate Program
Residents can receive up to $250 in rebates for replacing up to 2 toilets with High-Efficiency models.
Businesses
Multifamily Housing Units and Commercial Building Now Eligible for Rebates
The Broward Water Partnership offers property owners and property managers who are authorized by property owners, of multi-family housing units, not-for-profit agencies, commercial buildings, and institutional facilities to receive up to five (5) toilet rebates or to submit a request to receive more for $125 each toilet. The total number of rebates available to commercial and multifamily establishments is determined on a case-by-case basis
Finance programs in Broward County
Property Assessed Clean Energy Program otherwise known as PACE is
NOT a rebate program, it is a financing program where energy efficiency, wind mitigation, and/or renewable energy projects on a property can be financed and added as an assessment to the property tax bill as the repayment mechanism.
