The Housing and Community Development Division's Developer Services programs provide qualified developers with direct financial assistance for the acquisition and purchase of vacant land or structures, which will be made into affordable housing for the residents of Broward County.
The Developer Services programs offer many benefits to developers including the reduction or waiver of certain impact fees or any other administrative fees as outlined by program criteria.
