Purchase Assistance Program

The HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Purchase Assistance Program provides eligible residents (income certified as very low, and low) with a deferred payment loan to be applied towards the down payment for the purchase of eligible owner-occupied affordable housing.

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Purchase Assistance Program provides eligible residents (income certified as very low, low and moderate) with a deferred payment loan to be applied towards the down payment for the purchase of eligible owner-occupied affordable housing.

Available Purchase Assistance
New applications for Purchase Assistance are not being accepted, except for the City of Weston.  All future inquiries should check back on this website for any updates in August, 2016. 

PLEASE NOTE, if you plan on purchasing in an Entitlement City, please contact that particular city directly to inquire about any program(s) they may offer for First Time Homebuyers/Down Payment Assistance.  For more information about this program, please contact: (954) 357-4900.
