The Office of Evaluation and Planning (OEP) provides interrelated services with a focus on quality and accountability of internal operations. The OEP’s goal is to improve human services standards of practice through a system of research, planning, collaborative funding proposal submissions, internal program analysis, centralized quality assurance, and emergency management, and records management.
