5. 2012 Single Family Bond Allocation Validation
   
   MOTION TO APPROVE Resolution of the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County, Florida, authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $79,426,081 Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”), and providing for certain details thereof; approving the form of and authorizing the execution and delivery of a master Trust Indenture and 2012 Supplemental Indenture each with Regions Bank, as trustee; appointing the Trustee, and designating the Trustee as registrar and paying agent for the Bonds; authorizing a public hearing; authorizing the proper Officers to do all things necessary or advisable; authorizing the validation of the Bonds; and providing an effective date for this resolution.
   
   
6. Raymond James & Associates, Inc and RBC Capital Markets 
   
   MOTION TO APPROVE a one (1) year option as provided for in the original Request Letter of Interest (RLI) approved by the HFA board on September 9, 2009 for Raymond James & Associates, Inc., and RBC Capital Markets, as underwriter and remarketing agents. 
   
   
7. Multifamily Mortgage Housing Revenue Bond (Audit)   
             
   MOTION TO AUTHORIZE staff to provide Regions Financial Corporation (the “Trustee”) direction to eliminate the Bond Audit requirement for one multifamily bond issue, which did not receive correspondence in January, 2012.
