MOTION TO APPROVE Resolution of the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County, Florida approving and authorizing an amendment to land use restriction agreement in connection with its $8,850,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Golf View Gardens Apartments Project), Series 2002; approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of certain other documents in connection therewith; and providing an effective date.
- Jacaranda Village Apartments Project - Termination Agreement
MOTION TO APPROVE Termination Agreement and Satisfaction of Mortgage for the Jacaranda Village Apartments Project as the bonds have been paid off and Qualified Project Period has expired.

- Pompano Oaks Apartments Project – GNMA Collateralized/ Optional Redemption
MOTION TO AUTHORIZE Staff to provide direction to the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company (the “Trustee”) allowing for the optional redemption of all outstanding Bonds for Pompano Oaks Apartments Project; subject to the satisfaction of the requirements of the Bond documents and payment of all fees; and authorize the Executive Director to sign any necessary documents subject to approval of Bond Counsel and the County Attorney.
- Design/Build and Install Generator – HFA 110 Building
MOTION TO APPROVE Memorandum of Understanding between the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County (the “HFA”) and Broward County Housing Finance and Community Development Division (the “HFCDD”) pertaining to the design, installation and maintenance of an emergency standby Generator to be located at the HFA building at 110 NE 3rd Street, Fort Lauderdale.
