MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to the Agreement between the Housing Finance Authority (the “HFA) and Dufresene & Associates, CPA, PA (“Advisor”) dated August 13, 2008, amending the Scope of Services and certain other terms of the Agreement in order for the Advisor to provide additional accounting services to HFA and not to exceed $2,500 in connection with the 2001 Series A,B, and C Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds (“Bonds”); and authorize the HFA Chair or the Vice Chair to execute same.

Florida Association of Local Housing Finance Authorities ($1,000 Contribution)
MOTION TO AUTHORIZE Staff to provide $1,000 to the Florida Housing Coalition for the Sadowski Education Effort (2012 Legislative Session).

MOTION TO APPROVE the Housing Finance Authority Budget for FY 2012.

Single Family - 2011 Validation Private Activity Bond
MOTION TO APPROVE Resolution of the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County, Florida, authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $78,771,882 Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”), and providing for certain details thereof; approving the form of and authorizing the execution and delivery of a Trust Indenture with Regions Bank, as Trustee; appointing the Trustee, and designating the Trustee as Registrar, paying agent for the bonds; Authorizing a Public Hearing; authorizing the proper Officers to do all things necessary or advisable; authorizing the validation of the bonds; and providing an effective date for this Resolution.

Waterford Park Apartments (City of Lauderhill)
MOTION TO APPROVE Resolution of the Housing Finance Authority of Broward County, Florida, authorizing the form of assignment, assumption, consent and release Agreement related to the amended and restated Land Use Restriction Agreement dated April 30, 1999 of Waterford Park Apartments and providing for certain details thereof; authorizing the proper officers to do all things necessary or advisable; and providing an effective date for this Resolution.
