Utilities Fiscal Manager – Water/Wastewater Utilities

Salary Range: $67,032 – $109,932 per year - Dependent on Qualifications

Broward County is seeking a Utilities Fiscal Manager for the Water and Wastewater Services Financial and Business Operations Division, a large water and wastewater utility in South Florida serving 600,000 customers. If you are a dynamic, well-established utility fiscal manager seeking a challenge, consider this opportunity. This position assists the Division Director and utility with special projects and analyses in support of the utility’s operations and in overseeing and managing the Division operations including sixty-seven employees in functional areas of budget, purchasing, warehouse, facilities maintenance and payroll. Requires direct knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements relating to utility administrative and fiscal operations.   

A Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance or related field from a four year college or university and six years experience in utility financial administrative and supervisory work are required. An equivalent combination of relevant training and experience may be substituted.
