Carlos A. Rodriguez-Cabarrocas

Carlos Rodriguez-Cabarrocas is a member of the Aviation practice group within the Office of the County Attorney.  Although he is mainly responsible for real estate work such as the drafting of contracts for sale and purchase, license agreements, and lease agreements, he maintains a well-rounded workload by handling litigation and working on matters involving the Federal Aviation Administration, the Florida Department of Transportation, and other stakeholders of the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and North Perry Airport.

Mr. Rodriguez-Cabarrocas joined the Office after earning his Juris Doctor at the Florida International University College of Law, where he distinguished himself by graduating as the co-Valedictorian.  While obtaining his Juris Doctor, Mr. Rodriguez-Cabarrocas also served as the Managing Editor of the FIU Law Review, gained considerable real-life experience while serving underprivileged clients in the Immigrant Children’s Justice Clinic and the Family and Children Advocacy Clinic, and clerked for the Judge Barbara Areces of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.​
