Glenn Miller heads the Purchasing and Procurement practice group. He joined the Office in 2007 after a diverse career in both public and private practice.

Early in his career, Mr. Miller served as an assistant general counsel for the State Bar of Georgia, where he prosecuted attorneys in administrative disciplinary proceedings for ethical violations. Upon moving to Florida, he became an assistant state attorney in Jacksonville, where he prosecuted a large caseload of misdemeanors and felonies in Juvenile, County and Circuit Courts.

After obtaining a significant amount of criminal trial experience, Mr. Miller transitioned out of criminal law and moved to South Florida to work for the South Florida Water Management District. After 17 years with the District, and prior to joining this Office, Mr. Miller went into private practice and served as managing attorney for the Fort Lauderdale office of the construction law firm of Kirwin & Norris.
