Maya Moore handles construction and personal injury litigation cases. She has served as lead counsel in both jury and bench trials. She has obtained favorable judgments in tort matters, both in motion practice and at trial, with one of her recent matters being summarized in the July 2014 edition of Florida Jury Verdict Review & Analysis.
Her practice also includes construction litigation matters involving Broward County's Aviation, Construction Management, and Transportation agencies. Ms. Moore has also argued appeals before the Fourth District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Moore’s practice is not limited to litigation. For example, she recently served as counsel for the Parks and Recreation Division in the successful negotiation of construction projects involving site improvements in County parks.
