  • Career Online High School offers adults the opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and a career certificate online.

  • HelpNow from BrainFuse: Free tutoring and skills-building for K-12, college and adult learners. 24/7 access to skills assessments and sample tests. Live help and test prep aligned to Florida standardized tests, SAT/ACT/GED, English/language arts, foreign language lab, writing lab, math (algebra to calculus), science, and social studies. Includes the Adult Learning Center for help with GED and U.S. Citizenship tests, writing a résumé and cover letter, and learning Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Live assistance available every day, 2-11PM. Assistance is also available in Spanish.

  • Hoopla: Borrow movies, music, eAudiobooks, eBooks, comics and TV shows to watch on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV! With no waiting, titles can be streamed immediately, or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. Hundreds of thousands of titles to choose from, with more being added daily.   • Overdrive: Borrow eBooks, eAudiobooks, and videos to your mobile device using just your library card. Literacy Programs - includes Each One, Teach One, English Cafe, Crossroads Cafe, Citizenship Classes, El Club Spanish Classes
Literacy improvement opportunities and the use of, and access to, computer technology for underserved area youth and adults. The program is designed to assist students with homework, provide enhanced English language programs for adults and increase the availability of computer technology and training to all ages. The program provides additional literacy support in the form of dedicated literacy coordinators, laptop computers and software at nine library locations that have the greatest need for literacy services.
