BCLWoW BucksRead Down Your Fines with BCL WoW Bucks
Until August 15, 2015, children and teens ages 0-17 can read down their fines with "BCL WoW Bucks" by reading at the library. Each BCL WoW Buck can be used to pay overdue fines for books. Every 30 minutes of reading earns one BCL WoW Buck, and children can get credit for reading by themselves, reading to/with younger children or by being read to by a parent/caregiver. BCL WoW Bucks cannot be used for overdue fines on audio-visual materials, lost materials or processing fees.

Hoopla Adds eBooks and Comics
Hoopla already provides Broward County Library customers with thousands of free downloadable feature movies, documentary films, TV shows, educational/instructional videos and music. Hoopla recently added eBooks and comics, so anyone can access favorite books and comics for free from the library. Find books from publishers like RosettaBooks and the Chicago Review Press, as well as comic series like Doctor Who, The Cape, Adventure Time and Locke & Key. Use your library PIN (the last four digits of the phone number associated with your library card) to get started.
