Newly-passed Florida acts are first published as slip laws in unbound pamphlet form. The slip laws are available at the Online Sunshine website listed above.
Laws of Florida
The BLG Section has an historical collection of the Laws of Florida. These annual bound volumes contain the general and special acts and resolutions adopted by the Florida Legislature. The laws are arranged in chronological order, as passed. This is also available at the Online Sunshine website listed above.
The BLG Section has an historical collection of print copies of Florida Statutes, which is the official codification of the laws of Florida. The laws are arranged according to subject matter. The Florida Statutes are also available at the Online Sunshine website listed above.
Florida Statutes Annotated
The BLG Section has an annotated edition of the Florida Statutes, which contains references to Florida judicial cases and other related legal sources in addition to the text of the Florida Statutes. It is updated with an annual supplement.
Florida Legislature Final Legislative Bill Information
This annual document, formerly titled History of Legislation, is published at the end of each Florida legislative session. It contains a history of House and Senate bills as well as a citator and a subject index to bills of both houses. The bill history section is arranged consecutively by bill number. The BLG Section has an historical collection of this publication going back several decades.

The BLG Section does not have a print collection of the Executive Orders and Proclamations of the Governor of the State of Florida, but this information is available on the websites listed above.
Florida Administrative Weekly
The BLG Section receives this weekly publication, which includes the full text of proposed rules, notices of changes, emergency rules, and other regulations of Florida regulatory agencies. Florida Administrative Code Annotated
This compilation of the rules and regulations of the Florida regulatory agencies, as filed with the Florida Department of State, is now available online at the Florida Administrative Weekly and Florida Administrative Code website listed above.
County Courts and Florida Circuit Courts
The BLG Section has the complete set of this printed publication. Included in these volumes are decisions of the lower courts in the State of Florida (circuit courts and county courts) as well as decisions of Florida administrative agencies and commissions. Unfortunately, most decisions of the lower courts are not published and are only available at the local courthouses.
Florida District Courts of Appeal and Florida Supreme Court
The BLG Section has a complete set of this publication, which began in 1887. This series includes state appellate cases from Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi as well as Florida.
