Seventeen Broward County Libraries have been equipped with resources to assist immigrants with the naturalization process. The resources include the N-400 forms, flyers and brochures for customers to take as well as books, DVDs and CDs will be available for check-out for customers to prepare for the citizenship exam and interview.
Each of these locations has designated an area in the library that displays these items and will be considered to be the Citizenship Corner in that branch. The corners will allow immigrants of Broward County to have access to the various citizenship resources and information about the naturalization process. Newcomers seeking information about becoming a citizen can come to one of these libraries for resources, information and will not have to travel to the USCIS office. Fourteen of these locations offer citizenship classes and English classes.
Staff is available to assist customers with resources and accessing the USCIS website. For more information contact the Learning Services office at 954-357-6230 or
