Biggest Winner Challenge - A Weight Loss Program
The Biggest Winner Challenge is a Wellness initiative designed to encourage participants to gradually lose weight through healthy alternatives. The Challenge is divided into 4 quarters; each quarter being a 3-month period. The Biggest Winner Challenge includes weekly to monthly weigh-ins, waist and hip measurements, on-site nutrition counseling, and friendly competition among the participating sites across the County. Participants are encouraged to participate in our scheduled Wellness events such as exercise classes and stress management presentations. Prizes are awarded quarterly for the highest percentage reduction of body fat and improvement in waist/hip ratio in each participating location. The quarters are as follows:
- 1st Quarter: Jan - March
- 2nd Quarter: April - June
- 3rd Quarter: July - Sept
- 4th Quarter: Oct - Dec

2nd Quarter - Individual Challenge
The 2nd Quarter Biggest Winner Challenge starts this April! It will be an individual challenge and you can sign up at any of the participating locations. This quarter's prizes will include a George Foreman grill and a $25 gift card to The Fresh Market.
