Pacific Institute Water and Climate Bibliography: 2009. The Water and Climate Bibliography is a searchable, online database containing over 3,000 references to books, articles, and other scholarly works.

Climate Change and Water: June 2008. This 210 page technical paper of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change reports impacts as they relate to water including, precipitation, storm water, potable water, hydrology and agriculture. Mitigation and adaptive responses discussed.

Climate Change and Groundwater: 2008. This is a 186 page publication by W. Dragoni and B.S. Sukhija published by the Geological Society of London. 

Climate change and water resources management - A federal perspective: 2009. This purpose of this 65 interagency report prepared by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is to explore strategies to improve water management by tracking, anticipating, and responding to climate change.

Appraisal of Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management: A Defra policy statement: June 2009. This is an update of a 2008 policy statement and describes the principles that the operating authorities in England should now use to guide decision-making on the sustainable management of flood and coastal erosion risk.
