Greetings! Official recognition dates have been announced for two newly
Certified Community Wildlife Habitats... 

 

July 18, 6:30 p.m. at Cooper City Hall - Mr. Patrick Fitzgerald from the National Wildlife Federation will present the Certification to the Mayor and Commissioners; a celebration is planned for September 16 during the Annual Cooper City Tree and Plant Workshop.

July 19, 6:30 p.m. at Coral Springs Commission Chamber (9551 West Sample Road).   Mr. Patrick Fitzgerald from the National Wildlife Federation will present the Certification to the Mayor and Commissioners.

Great news! 
The Good, the Bad and the Exotic Plants in Broward County brochure wins Superior Award in the 2017 National Association of County Information Officers (NACIO) Awards of Excellence competition. 

The superior rating qualifies for consideration in a Best in Class award at the National Association of Counties (NACo) Annual Conference.  Winners will be announced on July 21.
