Application Deadlines and Public Hearing Schedule for
Broward County Land Use Plan Amendments

The Planning Council has eliminated the application deadlines for Broward County Land Use Plan Amendments and will be accepting applications on a continuous basis.

* Please be advised that applications deemed incomplete or insufficient may be delayed, pending receipt and acceptance of information required by application guidelines.  The  public hearing schedule will be determined upon the receipt of an application.  Specific dates will be determined based on the number and type of applications, and approval by County Commission, as appropriate.
