Vendor Registration with Broward County Purchasing Division

Broward County Purchasing Division issues and receives solicitations through an electronic bidding system called BidSync. We encourage you to register for free with BidSync to receive solicitation notifications and respond electronically to our solicitations. 

How do I register with BidSync?

Vendors can complete the registration process online in just a few minutes. It is free to register with BidSync and you do not have to pay a fee to view any of our solicitations once registered. Although BidSync offers a subscription service for a fee (LinksPlus), it is not supported or required to do business with Broward County.

Select “Get Started” from BidSync’s website at bidsync.com.  Then select “Free Registration” and follow the instructions on the registration process. You can also can view a 30 minute presentation provided by BidSync on how to register, update vendor profile, search for solicitations, and respond to a solicitation at:

Vendors can also complete the registration process by calling BidSync at 1-800-990-9339.

Did you previously receive e-mails from us?

Broward County no longer directly sends notices to vendors on our solicitations. We transferred your information to BidSync and BidSync notified vendors to complete the free vendor registration process. You now must manage your profile through BidSync (including e-mail addresses for notification of solicitations) since Broward County’s Vendor Self Service (VSS) system is now retired.
