The first floor of the building includes the park lobby with receptionist/facility reservation area, elevator, team locker rooms, restrooms, concession area, and main event field viewing room that may also be rented for parties or other social occasions.  WIFI is available throughout the building.

Second floor includes park and district management offices, concession warming area, and scoreboard operations center, along with a VIP viewing area and conference room that may be rented for small meetings and gatherings of up to 20 people. 

Central Broward Regional Park Meeting Facility Use Fees

*All fees are subject to applicable Florida sales tax.*

Set-up Fee:
$300 for four hours (outside the eight hour rental fee)

Field House Hall:       
$1,000 for 8 hours
$50/hour on Monday - Thursday until 4 p.m. (otherwise, above prices)

Upstairs Fieldhouse VIP Area:
$800 for eight hours
$100 for each additional hour

Upstairs Meeting Room:              
$300 for four hours; $75 each additional hour
$ 20 per hour on Monday - Thursday until 4 p.m.
Cleanup and security deposit are required on day of use -- $200
(Deposit will be returned if the facility is left in same condition that it was found.)

Picnic and Party Facilities
Picnic Shelters: Seven medium picnic shelters, up to 50-person capacities, each with grills, water, and electricity. Two corporate pavilions (250+ capacity) with large cooking grills, serving counter, water, electricity, and restrooms. Shelters and pavilions are available by reservation only. See Amenities for details. Two-speaker limit strictly enforced; music not to exceed 55 decibels within 50 yards of any shelter.
